Welcome to Green House ("Green House," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at healinggreenhouse.com (the "Site") and your interactions with us regarding the rental and use of our private estate located in W. Palm Beach, Florida (the "Property").

By using our Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

About Green House

Green House is a privately owned residential estate that is made available for private events, retreats, workshops, celebrations, and other gatherings on a selective, approval-only basis. Green House is not a hotel, resort, commercial event venue, or licensed hospitality business. All use of the Property is subject to the terms of a separate rental agreement between the property owner and the guest.

Booking and Owner Approval

All bookings at Green House require prior approval by the property owner. Submitting an inquiry through our Site does not constitute a reservation or booking. No booking is confirmed until:

  • The property owner has reviewed and approved the inquiry

  • A written rental agreement has been signed by both parties

  • All required deposits or payments have been received

  • Proof of event liability insurance has been provided by the guest

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Event Liability Insurance

All guests are required to provide proof of event liability insurance prior to final booking confirmation. This insurance must cover general liability for the event, including any damage to the Property and injury to guests or attendees. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all bookings regardless of event type or size.

Property Use and Guest Responsibilities

By booking and using the Property, you agree to:

  • Use the Property only for the purpose described in your inquiry and approved in the rental agreement

  • Not exceed the maximum guest capacity of 70 attendees for events or 16 overnight guests

  • Treat the Property, its furnishings, amenities, and grounds with care and respect

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including noise ordinances and occupancy limits

  • Not engage in any illegal activity on the Property

  • Not bring pets to the Property unless expressly approved in writing

  • Leave the Property in the condition in which it was found, reasonable wear and tear excepted

  • Ensure all members of your party, including guests, vendors, and service providers, comply with these Terms and the rental agreement

You are fully responsible for the actions and conduct of all guests, attendees, vendors, and service providers present at the Property during your booking.

Vendor and Service Provider Requirements

Every vendor, contractor, and service provider who operates on the Green House property must carry valid professional licensing and liability insurance. This applies to all vendors — whether arranged through our professional network or brought by the guest. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to the event. No exceptions.

Third-Party Service Providers

  • Green House may facilitate introductions to independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to private chefs, massage therapists, yoga instructors, sound healing practitioners, photographers, florists, hair stylists, makeup artists, bartenders, DJs, event planners, and concierge services.

  • These providers are independent professionals who are not employed by, affiliated with, or controlled by Green House. Green House facilitates introductions as a courtesy only. By engaging any third-party service provider, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Green House assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any third-party service

  • All agreements, contracts, and payments for third-party services are solely between you and the provider

  • Any disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the provider

  • All third-party providers are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws

Damages and Liability

You are financially responsible for any damage to the Property, its contents, amenities, landscaping, or equipment caused by you, your guests, your vendors, or any person present at the Property during your booking period. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at the property owner's discretion and may be deducted from any security deposit held or invoiced separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green House, its owner, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Property or the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury or death occurring on the Property

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Cancellation or disruption of events due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

  • Technical issues with the Site or inquiry form

  • Your use of the Property is at your own risk. Green House does not carry liability insurance on behalf of guests or their events — this is why event liability insurance is required for all bookings.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the individual rental agreement provided at the time of booking. The terms may vary depending on the type of event, duration, and timing of the cancellation. Please review your rental agreement carefully.

Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Green House and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Property descriptions, amenities, and services are subject to change without notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green House, its owner, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Property, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or the actions or omissions of your guests, vendors, or service providers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Property shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
